In order to provide the best service, it is strongly suggested that a maximum of 10 guests attend an experience. All guests must be 21 years of age.

Experiences must be booked at least 48 hours prior, although a week in advance is highly recommended.
Guests may provide their own glassware or glassware for up to 10 guests is included in the service fee. If you have more than 10 guests, rental costs are $2/person. Rented/provided glassware is collected at the end of service.
The cost of wine is not included in the listed service fee. Generally for quality wine, you should expect to pay between $25-$50 per bottle & prices will vary per theme. For a tasting, 5-7 bottles is recommended & the total cost will generally hover between $180- $250. For larger parties please inquire via email.
A deposit of $100 is required for confirmation. This deposit is used towards purchasing your wines and will be deducted from the final total of your invoice. Should you choose to cancel within the appropriate time frame, your deposit will be refunded to you.
You must cancel no later than 24 hours before your reservation. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours prior, you forfeit your deposit. If you'd like to reschedule, you must make the request at least 24 hours before your reservation.
A refund will be issued for any flawed bottle of wine that we open. This rarely happens, but if it does, you will be refunded the price of the bottle.
Invoices will be issued once the wine for your experience has been purchase. Full payment is due the day of service. Forms of payments are: PayPal, Zelle, Venmo or cash.
